In Mathew chapter 4 verse 4, The Lord Jesus revealed to us a secret.
The Lord Jesus said, it is written, man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Just like we were not made to live without food and water, we were also not made to live without The Word of God.
Just like you feed on your food and water everyday, you are also to feed on The Word of God everyday.
You are to meditate on The Word of God everyday.
You are to read your Bible everyday.
You are to study your Bible everyday.
You are to meditate on The Word of God everyday.
Just like if one does not take in food, the person can get weak, that is the same way, if one does not take in The Word of God, the person gets weak.
Just like food is necessary for sustenance, The Word of God is necessary for sustenance.
Just like one must take in food and water to stay alive, one must also take in The Word of God.
